She’s co-founded a sell-side advisory firm, helped move hundreds of millions into impact, and worked with startups, endowments, and family offices. With an MBA and Master of Forestry from Yale, she blends finance and systems thinking to build what’s next.

Benji Whitehurst

Leadership trainer, technologist, and vertical development coach with almost two decades of experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, and international settings. As Co-Founder and CTO, Benji leads the ethical design and AI development of Alchemize™™, bridging psychometrics, AI, and coaching design. From training entrepreneurs with the Peace Corps in Guatemala to facilitating over 1,200 hours of experiential leadership workshops, his work is rooted in the belief that effective leadership begins with authentic relationship. He holds an MBA, a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa, and a B.A. from Oberlin College.
