Alchemize™ provides insight, not verdicts. We identify growth areas and strengths — not labels. Our goal is to develop leaders, not disqualify them.
Individual Data Is Never Sold
Individual readiness profiles are never shared beyond the agreed parties. We do not monetize individual assessment data or sell it to third parties under any circumstances.
Subject Access Rights
Every person assessed through Alchemize™ can request access to their own profile. Transparency isn’t optional — it’s foundational to how we operate.
Governance Before Onboarding
Organizations agree to our data governance framework before any assessment begins. This includes clear protocols for data storage, access controls, and retention policies.

What it is
An opt-in analysis of leadership signal from existing public or consented content — conference talks, podcast appearances, published interviews, presentations. It provides insight without requiring the subject to sit through another assessment.
What it isn't
It is not surveillance. It does not analyze private conversations, social media without consent, or any material obtained without authorization. It does not replace informed, direct assessment — it complements it.
